This short text was born from the idea of portraying the contemporary Italian architecture situation. Rather than an essay,
I opted for a dialogue, with the aim of outlining the last twenty years’ history in a less conventional way.

My interlocutor is a young architect and historian: together we have tried to investigate the transformations of our profession by going over our personal experiences and careers.

Any resemblance to real persons and events is all but coincidental.
